Through the HMI, operators can monitor and adjust a wide range of functions in real time. The main process automations are: extrusion platform position, cutting system position, individual flow choke pins, individual parison weight, parison lenght control, blow pins and plastes position, deflashing masks position, leak tester and picker position.
Additional advanced functionalities.
The E-LINE series can integrate further smart systems, including motorization of filter change and parison clamping systems, proportional regulation of the hot cutting blade tension, support air in the extrusion head, and blow air managed by proportional valves. Optional features also include cooling of flash molds and rubber expanders for the pick & place system.
