Blow Molding Machines
Techne designs and assembles Full Electric Extrusion Blow Molding machines for plastic containers
ranging from 100 ml to 30 L, ideal for the food, personal care, detergents, lubricants, agrochemicals,
ice blocks, and pharmaceutical sectors.
Techne Machines: Compare Productivity
The Techne machine range covers every production need, from compact solutions for low-volume output to large-size models for high production volumes. Techne machines are robust and rigorously tested, guaranteeing over 20 years of operation. Consult the productivity comparison chart for the entire Techne machine range.
TK-LINE Series
The TK-LINE series is ideal for the production of plastic jerrycans for lubricants, motor oils, and
chemical/agrochemical products, with two models both featuring a 750 mm stroke.
The TK-750 produces jerrycans from 5 to 20 L, while the TK-750L, with an enlarged carriage, allows blowing formats from 10 to 30 L.
PH-LINE Series
The PH-LINE series is specifically conceived and developed for the pharmaceutical industry, in
compliance with its strict regulations. It currently includes the PH-750 model, ideal for medium production batches of pharmaceutical packaging with capacities from 100 ml to 2 L.
ADVANCE Series
The ADVANCE series, historically known as one of Techne’s full electric solutions, remains an
excellent choice for high production volumes. The ADVANCE series consists of the ADV-700 model;
thanks to its modular configuration, it allows for progressive investment, moving from the 2-carriage version (ADV2) to the 4-carriage version (ADV4) as production needs increase.
It can blow bottles from 100 ml to 5 L.
ROTAX Series
The ROTAX series, consisting of the RX-24 model, differs from the other machine ranges as it is a
rotary mechatronic plastic extrusion machine designed for extremely high production volumes.
It can blow bottles from 100 ml to 5 L.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does a plastic Extrusion Blow Molding machine work?
How does a plastic Extrusion Blow Molding machine work?
Extrusion blow molding is a process used to create hollow plastic containers, such as bottles. Molten
plastic is extruded into a tube (parison), which is then enclosed in a mold. Air is blown into the tube,
forcing the plastic to adhere to the mold walls. After cooling, the container is ejected.
What plastic blow molding machines does Techne offer?
Techne offers a wide range of fully electric plastic extrusion blow molding machines, including the E-
LINE, TK-LINE, PH-LINE, ADVANCE, and ROTAX series.
What types of plastic are used in extrusion blow molding machines?
Techne extrusion blow molding machines can process the following plastic materials: LDPE, HMWPE,
HDPE, and PP.
