The three main solutions are:

Quick couplings for water.
Quick couplings simplify disconnection of the tubes that connect the mold to the collector blocks. Each tube is equipped with specific quick couplings with male and female fittings, both equipped with valves to prevent water leakage during disconnection.

Wheeled platform.
Supports the mold at the correct height during installation and removal and is easily maneuverable by one operator. Lifting is done via pedal, while lowering is controlled by a lever.

Quick blow pin change system.
A technology that allows the quick removal and repositioning of the individual block that supports each blow pin, maintaining the mechanical memory of centering and height.
Each block is fixed to a mounting plate with an identification code that corresponds to its seat, ensuring each blow pin keeps its previously adjusted position. Once fixed, no further adjustments are needed.
The plate can be inserted and removed quickly thanks to a release system, making the process ideal for frequent format changes and multi-cavity molds.
