Extremely clean bottles.
The ultra-filtered blowing system ensures pure compressed air, ideal for pharmaceutical, food and dairy applications.
Like the aseptic system, Ultraclean integrates a particulate filter, a coalescing filter, and an activated carbon filter, ensuring the production of extremely clean packaging.
The ultra-filtered system differs from the aseptic one because it does not include a steam sterilization circuit.

Target sectors:
Pharmaceutical sector
Ideal for pharmaceutical applications with high cleanliness standards.
Food&Dairy sector
Perfect for food and dairy products requiring zero contamination.

The solution for contamination-free bottles.
Ultraclean technology offers packaging manufacturers an advanced solution for producing extremely clean bottles through an ultra-filtered blow molding system using pure compressed air. By integrating particulate, coalescing, and activated carbon filters, it guarantees high quality standards for the pharmaceutical, food and dairy sectors, improving aesthetics, material integrity, and final product safety.

Ultraclean blowing system: 3 key advantages
Prevents imperfections and aesthetic defects, ensuring uniform containers that meet required quality standards.
Avoids adhesion issues and material alterations, preserving bottle performance and stability.
Removes oil vapors, unwanted odors, volatile organic compounds, traces of solvents, and hydrocarbons, preserving taste, odor, and chemical stability of the final product.
Example of an Ultraclean system
Aseptic filters for ultra-filtered blow molding.
Like the aseptic system, the Ultraclean blow molding system uses three types of aseptic filters to prevent compressed air from the compressor circuit from contaminating bottles during the forming phase.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
In certain applications—especially in the food and pharmaceutical sectors—high cleanliness standards are required during the blow molding process to prevent product contamination.
When it is essential to prevent product contamination inside the container, an aseptic or ultra-filtered blow molding system can be selected. Both use aseptic filters at the compressed air inlet; however, aseptic blow molding also uses steam for sterilization.
Unlike traditional aseptic blow molding, the ultra-filtered system does not include a steam sterilization circuit. Ultraclean is often the preferred choice when the machine is installed inside an aseptic room.
