TK-LINE.
The Series Designed for Jerrycans
The TK-LINE Extrusion Blow Molding machine series is ideal for producing plastic jerrycans for chemicals, agrochemicals, lubricants, and motor oil.
The TK-LINE range includes the TK-750, which produces jerrycans from 4 L to 20 L, and the TK-750L, which produces larger jerrycans from 10 L to 30 L, thanks to its enlarged carriage.
TK-LINE: 3 Key Advantages
Maximum output, minimum footprint
A compact solution for jerrycan production, with an optimized footprint of only 4 × 7.5 m for the standard TK-750 version and 4 × 8.3 m for the enlarged carriage TK-750L version.
Smart processes, fast production
High productivity guaranteed by process optimization systems and post-cooling stations.
Quality under control at every stage
Integration with inline quality control systems, including handle-material control, weight check, and leak testing, with full data collection and management via HMI.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does an extrusion blow molding machine work?
How does an extrusion blow molding machine work?
Extrusion blow molding is a process for creating hollow plastic containers such as bottles or jerrycans. Molten plastic is extruded into a tube (parison), which is then enclosed in a mold. Air is blown inside the tube, forcing the plastic to conform to the mold walls. After cooling, the container is ejected
What containers can the TK-LINE range produce?
The TK-LINE blow molding range can produce plastic containers from 4 L to 30 L. The TK-750 model is available for jerrycans from 4 to 20 L, while the TK-750L version is available for 10 to 30 L.
What types of plastic can the TK-LINE machines extrude?
Techne Extrusion Blow Molding machines can extrude the following plastic materials: HMWPE and HDPE.
