We were present at Booth S10049, Bottle Zone, where we showcased in virtual reality the E2-1000 Extrusion Blow Molding machine, ideal for high-capacity manufacturers. The event also highlighted an innovative system for automating the Adjustment of the Clamping Force (CFA).

Interactive Virtual Reality
Our VR station allows users to explore the E2-1000 aseptic machine in an immersive way. The application displays the machine in 3D during bottle production, enabling users to move around and inside the equipment and observe every operational detail.
Thanks to zoom presets, all the main components can be viewed with a single click. Virtual reality also allows users to access detailed technical data and videos of optional features such as Asepta, Parison Radial Adjustment, Neck to Neck, and CFA, simply by selecting the interactive info points.
Presentation of the New CFA System
On the occasion of the fair, Techne presented for the first time the new CFA system – Clamping Force Automation, a key innovation for plastic container manufacturers who need to frequently change sizes and automatically adjust the clamping force.
