It is the largest rotary mechatronic Extrusion Blow Molding machine on the market, featuring 24 blow molding stations with configuration options from 1 to 4 cavities depending on bottle size. Its extremely robust design ensures high performance and long-term reliability. It can blow bottles of different capacities and shapes, from 100 ml to 5 L, in single-layer and multi-layer configurations up to COEX-6.

High production efficiency

The RX-24 is the largest rotary blow molding machine on the market; considering the production of a 220 ml neck-to-neck bottle, it can blow up to 33,550 bottles per hour.

Ultra-efficient energy consumption

Machine movements are electrically driven, achieving particularly efficient energy consumption of 0.31 kWh/kg of extruded plastic.

Reduced maintenance

Thanks to fully electric movements (except for parison dosing ensured by a hydraulic cylinder), maintenance requirements are very limited.

The Rotax is ideal for the production of packaging for the Food and Dairy, Personal Care, Detergents, Chemical Products, and Lubricants sectors. It can blow containers ranging from 100 ml to 5 liters.

Unlike other Techne blow molding machines, the RX-24 is a mechatronic machine that includes 24 blow molding stations with a maximum of 4 cavities per mold, for a total number of cavities ranging from 24 to 96— a solution designed for extremely high production volumes.

This rotary extrusion blow molding machine can process LDPE, HMWPE, HDPE, and PP, in single-layer or multi-layer configurations up to COEX-6, according to the customer’s production requirements.
