Robust and stable base with perimeter frame
The machine is equipped with a solid and stable base and a perimeter frame that ensure high structural strength, reliability, and maximum operational safety.

Aspiration system
Properly captures the residual dust generated during the production cycle, using:
a) independent control panel
b) extraction fan
c) central hood
d) two lateral laminar flow hoods in the product picking and depositing area.

Easily accessible PLC modules
The PLC modules are accessible from both sides of the machine, allowing diagnostic operations without stopping production.

Separate machine cooling circuit
Dedicated circuit with a separate line for machine cooling, if required.

The absence of belts at the front of the machine ensures easy and safe access for format change operations.

The Ultraclean blowing system consists of aseptic filters (particulate, coalescing, activated carbon) that prevent compressed air from contaminating the bottles during the forming phase.

A single exit for both stations, without a double conveyor, configurable on the right or left side.

Integrated electrical panels on both sides ensure proper spacing in compliance with CE regulations and effective cooling of electronic components.
