The E-380 model is a compact all electric Blow Molding Machine, ideal for productions requiring frequent format changes and small batches. It supports containers from 100 ml to 2 liters, with monolayer and multilayer configurations up to COEX-3.

Advantages of the E-380 electric EBM machine
Thanks to the variable carriage stroke, this electric Blow Molding machine offers greater adaptability for existing molds, allowing adjustment of ±20 mm from the nominal stroke.
The E-380’s design provides internal space for integrating neck calibration, hole testing, or dome trimming without needing additional external stations connected inline.
A small machine packed with technology, with the possibility of implementing all available automations from the E-LINE range.

The E-380 electric Blow Molding Machine is compatible with a wide range of plastic materials, including LDPE, HMWPE, HDPE, PP, in monolayer or multilayer (up to COEX-3) configurations based on the customer’s production needs.

Variable carriage stroke
The unique feature of this electric plastic blow molding machine is its variable stroke system, which allows for adjustment of ±20 mm from the standard stroke of 380 mm.
Clamping Unit
The closing of the mold plates is carried out by a brushless electric motor with absolute encoder and digital drive. The motion is transmitted via a zero-backlash gearbox.
Toothed Belt Transmission
To reduce mass and improve efficiency, the carriage movement is driven by a toothed belt transmission system with two pulleys and a brushless motor.
Blow Station
The vertical movement of the blow station is driven by a brushless motor with an absolute encoder and digital drive.
Deflashing Unit
The mechanical deflashing unit is integrated into the mold carrier. It is an automatic system within the machine, actuated by pneumatic cylinders.
Mold Change
To facilitate manual mold change operations, both the deflasher conveyor and the scrap transporter are removable, allowing easier access to the interior of the blow molding machine.
Product Output
Plastic containers produced by both molds are deposited on two conveyor belts positioned on the sides of the machine. These are driven by an AC motor and orthogonal worm gear reducer.
Scrap Collection
Scrap collection is achieved through stainless steel chutes positioned inside the Extrusion Blow Molding machine. Container scrap is directed onto a collection belt.
Extrusion Platform
The platform’s vertical movement is electric, while horizontal and lateral movements are manual. Upon request, the system can include electrically controlled movements via HMI.
