Es una decisi\u00f3n que refleja la direcci\u00f3n que tom\u00f3 el sector durante la d\u00e9cada de 2000, y que nuestros clientes han ido adoptando progresivamente con el tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hoy en d\u00eda siguen existiendo parques de m\u00e1quinas con sopladoras hidr\u00e1ulicas de primera generaci\u00f3n: m\u00e1quinas robustas, todav\u00eda operativas, que contin\u00faan garantizando producciones fiables. Su longevidad \u2014 a menudo superior a los veinte a\u00f1os \u2014 es la principal raz\u00f3n por la que el paso a lo el\u00e9ctrico se pospone. Si la m\u00e1quina funciona, la sustituci\u00f3n no se percibe como urgente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El tema, sin embargo, no es la fiabilidad. Son los costes operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>El coste real de una sopladora hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Una sopladora hidr\u00e1ulica genera dos partidas de consumo energ\u00e9tico que, analizadas por separado, tienden a subestimarse. La primera es el consumo directo de la m\u00e1quina. La segunda es el consumo del chiller necesario para disipar el calor producido por la central hidr\u00e1ulica \u2014 una carga continua, independiente de la estaci\u00f3n del a\u00f1o, proporcional a la potencia instalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumando ambas partidas y compar\u00e1ndolas con una sopladora el\u00e9ctrica equivalente, sobre una operatividad est\u00e1ndar de 7.200 horas anuales, el diferencial se sit\u00faa entre <strong>70.000 y 125.000 euros por a\u00f1o por m\u00e1quina<\/strong>, en funci\u00f3n del formato producido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis detallado \u2014 con los datos de consumo en kW\/kg, las configuraciones de referencia y el desglose de las dos partidas de ahorro \u2014 est\u00e1 disponible en la ficha t\u00e9cnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button is-style-outline is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.technepackaging.com\/it\/servizi\/migrazione-allelettrico\/\">FICHA T\u00c9CNICA<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Ventajas adicionales del paso a lo el\u00e9ctrico<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mantenimiento.<\/strong> La eliminaci\u00f3n de la central hidr\u00e1ulica reduce significativamente las operaciones peri\u00f3dicas: purgas, gesti\u00f3n y eliminaci\u00f3n del aceite, sustituci\u00f3n de filtros.
